Catherine Claire Carsley

Catherine Claire Carsley, loving wife of John William (deceased), died Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the age of 88. She was born on March 19, 1938, the daughter of the late William Costigan, Jr., and Mary Margaret Costigan (nee Murphy), sister of Mary Elizabeth Costigan (deceased). She is survived by her six children, Catherine (Christopher), Marie, Margaret, Ann (James Gillespie), John, and Michael, as well as her seven grandchildren, Sean, Emily, Andrew, Bryan, Kevin, Christopher, and Hannah.

Her viewing will take place from 9:00 am to 10 :00 am followed by a 10 AM funeral mass on Monday July 6, 2026, at St. Bernard’s Church, Philadelphia. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
