Elisa Malaspina

Elisa M. Malaspina, a compassionate and loving woman, passed away on August 4, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 11, 1944, Elisa was a lifelong resident of the city she adored. She was a retired keypunch operator in the insurance industry. Elisa took pleasure in the simple joys of life, such as looking at photos of her nieces and nephews, remembering everyone's birthday, and spreading love and laughter around.

Elisa was a woman of varied interests, who loved to make the most out of life. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and had a fondness for attending plays in New York City. She enjoyed Bingo, watching sitcoms, shopping, and going out to dinner. Her love for a good joke was infectious, filling every room with her hearty laughter. Whether it was recounting her adventures or telling a funny story, Elisa always knew how to brighten up her surroundings.

Elisa is survived by her sisters, June (John) Mavroudis and Sandra (Richard) Kucsan. She is also survived by her nieces, Rebecca, Gina, Maggie and Demetria and her nephew Nicholas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evo and Rita Malaspina.

A viewing will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at John F. Fluehr & Sons, Inc, 3301 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19149, at 10:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00 am. following her service, Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, Pa.
