Ikbale Parllaku

Ikbale Parllaku, nee Bylykbashi, was born in Tirane, Albania on September 12, 1953, and passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 72, in her home in Mayfair, Phila. She was a dedicated homemaker, a supportive wife, and a loving mother. Ikbale was a beacon of strength and courage, whose devotion to her family was unwavering.

Ikbale had a quick wit that could lighten any room and a thoughtful nature that made her a confidant to many. Her wisdom, born out of years of experience and a keen observant eye, was a guiding light for her family and friends. She was resilient and courageous, facing life's trials with a spirit that was unyielding and inspiring.

Ikbale is survived by her husband, Sefedin Parllaku, their daughter, Anida Parllaku and their son Arjan Parllaku and his wife Edlira. Ikbale is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, and her brother Hilmi Bylykbashi. She is preceded in death by her parents, Shefqet Bylykbashi and Nazmije Mullai.A viewing will be held in her honor on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 9:00am - 11:00am at John F. Fluehr & Sons Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc, at 3301 Cottman Avenue, Phila, PA., 19149. Her interment will take place at William Penn Cemetery, Somerton, Phila.
