Mary Zimba

Mary A. Zimba, a loving and kind soul who touched the lives of many, passed away on October 31, 2025. Born on June 28, 1951, Mary lived a life marked by compassion, dedication, and service to others.Mary served diligently as a tax examiner at the Internal Revenue Service, where they were known not only for their keen attention to detail but also for their friendly demeanor and unwavering commitment to fairness. Their colleagues admired their professionalism and warm presence in the workplace. Mary was the cherished child of the late Alphonse and Regina Zimba. Her life was also shaped by the love and bond shared with their siblings. She is survived by her dear brothers, Peter Zimba and Alphonse Zimba, and mourned as well by the memory of their late brother, John Zimba.Mary's life will be honored at a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 6th at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 8504 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19136. A viewing will precede the service from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Friends and relatives are kindly invited to attend and celebrate Mary's life and legacy.
