Son of Robert George Horsfall (Sr) and Mildred Helen (Irvine) Horsfall (both deceased); brother to Linda Alice (Horsfall) Smith, Robert G. Horsfall, Jr. (Ivy), Debi Lewis Horsfall (deceased), Raymond John Horsfall and Donna Yvonne (Horsfall) Miller (Phil). Proud Father of Jamie Ray Horsfall Smith Kassen (Brent); Grandfather of Ethan and Addie. Loving partner of Mr. Glenn Potts. Also survived by numerous nephews and friends.
Rich served in the US Army, serving overseas during Desert Storm. Originally from Lansdale, PA, he fell in love with Texas, and settled in the Plano/Fort Worth area after discharge.
Last fall, Richard was proud to attend his 50th High School Reunion from North Penn High School, where he lent his computer skills in contacting alumni about the celebration.
Richard's funeral service will be held on August 15, 2025 at John F. Fluehr & Sons Funeral Home, 3301 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19149. There will be a viewing at 12pm, with a service following at 1 pm. Internment will be immediately after in Hillside Cemetery.
